Crydon Defense Systems Inc. was established as a U.S.-owned and U.S.-controlled company to carry forward selected unmanned-systems expertise developed through the founder's prior work with UAVOS, while operating as an independent U.S. entity for U.S. defense and government programs.
That heritage provides practical background in long-endurance UAS development, flight-test operations, autopilot integration, communications systems, payload integration and fielded unmanned aircraft programs. Crydon leverages it as founder knowledge and engineering heritage — not as foreign ownership or operational control.
Crydon's U.S. operations, contracting, technical direction, data handling and compliance responsibilities are managed by Crydon Defense Systems Inc.
